1. Where are my notes stored?
Kohei stores your notes locally on your device. The developer does not have
access to your data.
2. Does Kohei collect analytics or tracking data?
No. Kohei does not collect analytics data, advertising identifiers, or tracking information.
3. What does Kohei Plus include?
Kohei Plus includes advanced features such as unlimited staff, follow-up reminders,
dashboard insights, PDF and CSV export, and optional password protection for PDFs.
4. How do I restore my subscription?
Open the appโs upgrade screen and tap Restore. You can also manage
subscriptions in Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open
Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions on your device.
6. Can I export my data?
Yes. Kohei Plus supports exporting notes and performance data as PDF and CSV files.
7. I found a bug. What should I do?
Please email support with a description of the issue, what you were doing when it happened,
and screenshots if possible.
