Kohei is a management productivity app designed to help managers record performance notes, meeting summaries, and follow-up items for team members. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the app.
Kohei allows you to create notes about team members such as performance observations, meetings, and follow-up items. All information entered into the app is created and controlled by you.
Kohei does not collect personal information, analytics data, usage tracking, advertising identifiers, or location information.
All data entered into Kohei is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit.
Data stored in iCloud is associated with your Apple ID and is accessible only by you. The developer of Kohei does not have access to this data.
Kohei uses Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your data across your devices. This feature is optional and depends on your device’s iCloud settings.
Apple manages iCloud storage and security according to its own privacy policies.
Kohei offers an optional subscription called Kohei Plus. Subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
The developer does not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple.
