PutIt stores your items on your device and can securely sync them across your Apple devices using iCloud.

How to add an item

Tap Add Item
Enter a Name and Location
Optionally add a photo and notes
Tap Save

How to find an item

Tap Find Item
Type a keyword such as “passport,” “charger,” or “keys”
Tap a result to view item details

Browse by room

Tap By Room to browse items by location
Tap a room to see the items stored there

iCloud sync

If iCloud is enabled for PutIt, your items can sync across your Apple devices automatically
If iCloud is unavailable or disabled, PutIt continues to work with local on-device storage
Sync is handled by Apple’s iCloud services

Export CSV Pro

PutIt Pro can export your items as a CSV file for backup or organization.

Choose how to save or share the generated file using Apple’s share sheet

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can view or cancel them in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

FAQ

Does PutIt use iCloud?

Yes. If iCloud is enabled for PutIt on your device, your items can be securely synced across your Apple devices. If iCloud is disabled, PutIt continues to work using local on-device storage.

Does the developer see my data?

No. Your item names, locations, notes, and photos are not sent to the developer. If iCloud sync is enabled, syncing is handled by Apple.

How do I restore purchases?

Open PutIt, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. You can also try restarting the app after restoring.

I changed devices. Will my items transfer?

If iCloud is enabled for PutIt, your items can sync across your Apple devices automatically. If not, your data may still transfer through Apple’s device migration or backup systems, depending on how you set up your new device.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual items inside the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, changes may sync across your devices. Removing the app from a device may remove local data on that device, but previously synced data may remain in iCloud unless removed through the app or Apple’s services.
