Client Pipeline (“the App”) is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers.
Summary: No accounts, no tracking, no ads. Your data stays on your device.
1. Data Collection
Client Pipeline does not collect personal information.
- No user accounts
- No analytics tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No third-party analytics SDKs
- No data resale
All data you enter into the app remains on your device.
2. Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device, including:
- Clients and contact details
- Pipelines and opportunities
- Call memos and notes
- Follow-up dates and reminders
- Exported documents (CSV / PDF)
Client Pipeline does not operate backend servers and does not upload your data.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Client Pipeline offers an optional Pro subscription.
- Payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
- The app does not receive your payment information.
- Subscription status is determined locally using Apple’s StoreKit framework.
Apple’s privacy practices apply to all subscription transactions.
4. Notifications
If you enable reminders or alerts:
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
- No notification data is sent off-device.
You can manage notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Data Sharing
Client Pipeline does not share your data with third parties.
Any data you export (CSV or PDF) is shared only when you explicitly choose to export or share it using iOS system sharing.
6. Data Security
Because all data remains on your device:
- Your information is protected by iOS system security.
- Optional PDF password protection is available for exports.
7. Children’s Privacy
Client Pipeline is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated in the future to reflect app changes or legal requirements. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
