Client Pipeline (“the App”) is designed with a privacy-first approach.
We do not create user accounts, track users, or sell personal data. Your data is stored locally on your device and may be securely synced across your Apple devices using iCloud (CloudKit), if enabled.
Summary: No accounts, no tracking, no ads. Your data stays on your device or in your iCloud.
1. Data Collection
Client Pipeline does not collect personal data for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
We do not:
- Require user accounts
- Use analytics SDKs
- Track user behavior
- Collect advertising identifiers
- Sell or share data for marketing purposes
All data you enter into the app remains under your control.
2. Data Storage and iCloud
All app data is stored locally on your device.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data may also be securely synced across your devices using Apple’s CloudKit framework.
This includes:
- Clients and contact details
- Pipelines and opportunities
- Call memos and notes
- Follow-up dates
- Monthly revenue targets
We do not store your data on our own servers.
We do not have access to your iCloud data. iCloud data is managed by Apple and protected by your Apple ID and device security.
3. AI Features and Data Processing
Client Pipeline includes optional AI-powered features, such as insights, recommendations, and follow-up drafts.
When you use these features:
- Relevant data (such as deal details, notes, or other inputs you provide) may be securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider, such as OpenAI
- This data is used only to generate responses within the app
- We do not store this data on our own servers
Use of AI features is completely optional. If you do not use them, your data remains entirely on your device and/or in your iCloud.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Client Pipeline offers an optional Pro subscription.
- Payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store
- We do not receive or store your payment information
- Subscription status is handled using Apple’s StoreKit framework
Apple’s privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders:
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device
- No notification data is transmitted externally
You can manage notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data.
Data is transmitted only in the following cases:
- When you use AI-powered features
- When you explicitly export or share data (for example, CSV or PDF)
7. Data Security
Your data is protected by Apple’s platform security features.
- Device-level protection (passcode, Face ID, etc.)
- iCloud protection and Apple account security, if iCloud is enabled
- Secure system storage on device
Optional password protection is available for exported PDF files.
8. Children’s Privacy
Client Pipeline is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
