Client Pipeline (“the App”) is designed to respect your privacy. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not collected or stored by us.

Data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device unless you choose to use AI features or export/share it.
2. Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device, including:
- Clients and contact details
- Pipelines and opportunities
- Call memos and notes
- Follow-up dates and reminders
- Exported documents (CSV / PDF)
Client Pipeline does not store your data on external servers. Your data remains on your device unless you use AI-powered features or choose to export or share it.
3. AI Features and Data Processing
Client Pipeline includes optional AI-powered features that generate insights, recommendations, and follow-up drafts.
- When you use these features, relevant data (such as deal details, notes, or inputs you provide) may be securely transmitted to a third-party service provider (such as OpenAI) for processing.
- This data is used solely to generate responses within the app.
- We do not store this data on our own servers.
Use of AI features is optional. If you do not use them, your data remains entirely on your device.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Client Pipeline offers an optional Pro subscription.
- Payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
- The app does not receive your payment information.
- Subscription status is determined using Apple’s StoreKit framework.
Apple’s privacy practices apply to all subscription transactions.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders or alerts:
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
- No notification data is transmitted off-device.
You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
6. Data Sharing
Client Pipeline does not sell your data.
Data is transmitted only when necessary to provide app functionality, specifically:
- When you use AI-powered features (as described above)
- When you explicitly choose to export or share data (e.g., CSV or PDF)
7. Data Security
Because data is stored locally, it is protected by iOS system security features.
- Your device security (passcode, Face ID, etc.) protects your data
- Optional password protection is available for exported PDF files
8. Children’s Privacy
Client Pipeline is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
